so i went to a local fish store near me (Aquatica)
and to my supprize in one of the tanks.. there was seriously close to a TWO FOOT PORCUPINE PUFFER FISH! I could NOT believe how LARGE this sucker was!! Couldn't even imagen how much they would ask for it. I just couldn;t believe the size these things can get to be. It was in a 125 and it can barley turn around. just thought i would share :]

Yep, yet they are sold as two inch babies. Thank you so much for sharing your own experience with how big these guys actually get

lol yea thats huge i was just at my LFS and they had a blue lickinia starfish and if it was in front of my face it could swallow my head no joke each arm was at least 6-7 " long it was HUGE>.....i might take pictures today and share...

One of the LFS around me has a puffer that is about 15 inches long! Someone around here bought a feneral home and didn't want the tank that came with it. They have it listed for $68.00, but can't find anyone to buy it. It's been in there for 3-4 weeks.

I cant even imagine trying to get that thing out of the tank... EEEEEYYYOOOOWW... What it would look like if it puffed up. OUCH.
