I just got this coral and it has a small piece that bobs around. It's not attatched to the rock, I was thinking of cutting it off and gluing it to another rock, but it has polyps on every side.
Any ideas on how to do this?
We had something like that and we just kind of tucked it safely in amongst our LR in a little crater/hole thingy. It eventually just attached itself and it'll look nice if you want the polyps to grow elsewhere in your tank...
oh, neat. I have a larger rock that I do want them to take over. It has all kinds of nooks and cranies I could put it in. I figured I'd let it sit at the bottom for a week and then move it.
