One gallon nano?

Is a one gallon nano tank even remotely possible or am I just crazy for even considering it? It would be inverts only... no fish or corals.
My thoughts:
1-2 inch sandbed
Small piece of live rock (or several pieces of "reef rubble")
Small carbon filter run by an airpump
Cleaner Shrimp
Fire Shrimp
The live rock and sand would be taken from one of our large display tanks at home.
Thoughts?

that would be pretty cool .... if you hada nice PC light you could do a shroom as yoru center piece .....
good luck - have seen some very small nano's that look awesome!

Yeah, one of our LFS's used to sell a .25 gallon cup/tank with a little pc fixture on it. It was cruel to anything in it, but great for a shroom or something.
