One more cycling question

I have just set up a 45G tank, and am going to begin the cycling process. Last time I cycled a smaller tank w/2 Damsels. Can I cycle w/ both LR and Damsels? Should I add one first? Thanks in advance for the info!

If you do the LR then you really don't need damsels. I cycled with LR only. This will probably be the way you want to go.

you can do both, thats how i did my tank however i would be caustous because of the die off with the ammonia ya know

Thanks for the quick reply! I'd like to do both, because the damsels are entertaining and add some fun to the tank during the process.

If you want the damsels then I would add the LR and what for the ammo. to rise and drop some before adding them.
