One more fishie???

I'm looking for one more fish to add to my tank and it's gotta be one with some balls. The tank is a 33 long, 4 feet long with 80 lbs live rock, crappy little whisper filter after other one broke, no skimmer at the moment since I switched from 55 tall to this tank only have 12 inches on hang on length and can't find a skimmer to fit yet any ideas on that would be great. No sump I'd be afraid to try and I'm sure my landlord would flip (he doesn't even know about the tank) Anyways tankmates are maroon clown and coral beauty angelfish, some hermits, cleaner and cb shrimp. I'm also looking for something that won't jump out if possible. Any ideas??

Maybe a small wrasse, blenny or goby. Hawkfish might work but at a risk to your shrimp & crabs. You could also try a royal gramma or a blackcap basslet or a couple of damsels! Oh and all fish will jump!
