I've seen that system and several others of German origin that are simply astounding. They definitely have some extremely impressive systems!!!
One I saw was an entire wall in a living room type setting...and stuffed full of some huge corals!!
Thanks for reminding me how febble my system looks compared to those high tech systems our European friends have....:D
But we are getting close to developing systems just as nice...I've seen several outstanding American systems also!!;)

They may have some equipment that they are not showing in the basement but it looks just like a sump, reactor and skimmer underneath the tank? You can't argue with the results though! Kind of makes you want to throw out the DSB and convert to 1 inch of CC huh? I have been looking at the pictures for an hour now!

The skylight specifically over the tank is pretty impressive. And on top of it there are more lights.
Definately a nice tank.

Yeah, when it comes to designing things... Germans kick a$$. I used to live in London and traveled to Germany a lot. Ive seen some gorgeous systems there. It is like it used to be back in the day here... a status thing. I wonder how large a tank that is. I couldn't find it anywhere. But, man, that thing is gorgeous. Do you think those thousand watt halides are necessary? Doesn't matter. I guess if you drop that kind of dime... or kroner... or deutsche mark, or whatever it is.... you don't worry about your power bill.
