One white spot on Angel...

I purchased some fish from this site a little over a week ago. I put a Flame Angel and 3 Blue-Green Chromis's in the 10 gallon QT. They all seem pretty happy. However I noticed 1 white spot above the Angels eye that is about 2 mm in diameter. I've seen ich before but I have never seen a ich spot that big. Plus, there is only one spot instead of many as seen with ich. The fish seems to be very healthy. What could it be? All the water params are fine....
Any ideas?

Thanks for the input. Sorry, another dumb question...
What do I soak the food in? Garlic?, if so where should I get it? Pet store? homemade?
Thanks again,
Joe

Okay.
I purchased the Garlic Extreme and another off-brand vitamin supplement. The cauliflower bump has gone away, but now there seems to be a hole in its head where it was. I did a search and it sounds like it is HLLE.
The fish is very energetic and loves to eat. Right now it is in hypo because I noticed ich on him a week ago. Any ideas on the hole in his head? Will the supplements help that?

It could well be a wound from the previous problem. Parsites BITE in order to feed on fish tissue. Keep a close eye on the situation to see if it will heal up. If it develops more or fails to heal over the course of the next couple of days, post back. The fish may need an antibiotic treatment.
What color is the hole? Does it look like a wound?

Actually I think it might have already been there for a couple/few days. The inside if the wound looks brighter than the orange on the flame angel. It almost looks peach. I doesn't look like a wound. It basically just looks like it is missing skin in that spot and you can see whats underneath. Kinda gross actually. Maybe I am exagerating but I think you can see its brain if you look hard enough. :scared:
I will try to get a picture but the fish will not stay still hardly at all!

I read some of the post on HLLE but did not find any significant methods of treatment. Is there a standard procedure to dealing with this?
Right now I am just adding a vitmamin suppliment to the food and also Garlic Extreme a couple times a week...

I also bought a flame angle from swf and mmine hasn't eaten a bite in 4 weeks now! What are you feeding yours that he loves to eat? I have tried everything the lfs has suggested with no luck, he does graze on the alage but is getting very skinny.
Thanks

I mainly feed him pellets and flake. Occasionally I feed him some frozen brine shrimp. LAtely I have been adding vitamin supplaments and Garlic Extreme to the food before I dump it in.

No there is not a standardized threatment. Basically this ailment is a symptom of a problem rather than the problem itself. You have to try severeal things to see if the matter resolves. Do you have a grounding probe? Is the fish getting sufficient, nutritional grazing? Etc.

I know you mentioned a grounding probe in other posts also but all I have in my tank is a small powerfilter.
What kind of grazing does an angel need? I have been feeding him flake, pellet and frozen brine shrimp with a vitamin suppliment added. I also have some algae discs and seaweed that I can put in a veggie clip. Would that help?
Also, when the fish is done with hypo, is it alright to put him back in the display tank if it still has HLLE? I really think it would be better off in there(more food, more room, probably better water quality).
