OK skip this for hte longer answer:
Sure it will live - much like a man fed bread and water will live ...
Not saying you need super powerful lights but you put the coral high enough up in yoru water column and close to the light source and you are fine with some pretty low powered lights ... PC lights are more intense and fairly reasonable!

go for the pc's. Im sure you asked for a one word answer so people like me wouldnt try to get you to buy some lights. Take care of your coral. Go with intense lights.

Well I won't buy one until lighting is sufficient. Main reason I ask is that I think I might have a hitchhiker on LR I purchased about 9 months ago and still seems to be alive. Thanks for the r-e-s-p-o-n-c-e-s.
