I HAVE A WHITE WITH PINK TIP ANAMONE WITH AN ORANGE FOOT, IVE HAD HIM ABOUT 4 DAYS... IVE JUST NOTICED THIS LONG STRAIN COM'N OUT OF HIM SOMEWHERE :notsure: .. IS THAT HIS POOP,LOL?..IT LOOKED KIND OF ORANGE THE STRAN....ITS BROKEN OFF NOW AND ITS IN LIL PIECES ALL OVER MY TANK... THE OVER FLOW SHOULD CLEAN IT UP :notsure:

when anemones die they stink really bad and usually turn to a big ball of blob. There is really no other way to put it sorry. Chances are it is expelling its waste. Has the color faded? Has the tenticles stayed extracted? Does it look healthy over all? If you can not tell pick it up and smell it...that will be a dead ringer for a dead anemone.
