Ooops got the wrong skimmer...

Bought a CPR SR2 skimmer without realizing its an In-sump skimmer. Is it possible to modify this skimmer to turn it into the hangon style CPR BakPak?

Hey beattyr, Just take it back, & get a real skimmer. I have one of those, & it is a POS. It doesn't do anything, except waste electricity. I'm pretty happy with my Prizm Pro, But will replace it with an Nautilus Ex, when I get my 240+

I bought it on ----.
Its what I decided I wanted to run after seeing fair amount of positive opinions for skimmers that dont cost 300+$.
So again, anyone think this is convertable to the hang on style? It looks virtually the same with a few changes in piping and hole positioning.

i pd 84$ for it including shipping. Its brand new, so I would consider selling it for my original cost
