Lymph is not contagious.
You don't know any LFS that sells frozen foods? If worse comes to worse, go to the grocery store and go to the seafood counter and make your own frozen food mix.

Don't mean to hijack but my fish is having the same problem as well and maybe asking more questions will help both of us!
Omega One brand makes marine food with added garlic. Would this be enough garlic to make a difference, or should I be adding it fresh? If I add my own garlic, what kind of garlic do I use? Do I have to buy a clove and mash it up or can I use the crushed garlic that comes in a jar?
My clown developed this problem a few days after I bought him and he had just been shipped to the store earlier that day, so I assume his came from stress. My tank's water quality is good, the fish have plenty of places to hide and everyone else has been great.

You would be fine to use the Omega One food with added garlic, but you want all your food to have some garlic on it for the fish. Either ways of adding the garlic to the food would be fine. Kent Marine also makes a liquid garlic called Garlic Extreme. That is what I use.
Your clown's lymph should go away just fine because it was just caused from shipping stress.

Ok, good. I will have to stop by the store and pick up some garlic tomorrow! How long should it take for the lymph to go away? It seems to just be getting bigger. It looks like cauliflower on his nose.

Ich is little spots all over the fishes body, while lymph looks like cottony growths on the ends of the fish's fins.
