I would think the worst that could happen is some kind of an algae bloom....unless it contains Iodine. Too much Iodine could present a problem and may warrant a water change.
You should be fine. Just monitor your tank and be prepared to do a water change if you think it might be necessary.
Obviously, you'll want to push back your next dosing for a while.
