In that case, likely you did not have all the parts put togehter....or when you did put it together, that cheapo shaft in the pump may have broke. Or the LFS sold you a pump where the shaft was broke. Taam, needs redesign that shaft. They do replace them, though, FREE, when they break.

Yes I did notice that 230gph - 8.5 watts, 295 gph - 20 watts I had to debate it for a while on what ones to purchase.
