That fixture is a good one. I have the same fixture (by the same company at least) in my 28 gallon with 2x65w PC and moonlights. You should get the 30" not the 48". In my tank i currently have shrooms zoos, and a frogspawn coral. They are doing very well. If you dont plan on keeping many LPS or SPS then the PC's will do fine. The only LPS i have is the frogspawn and it is doing well after about 2 weeks now.

I use those lights are very convinced that they are well worth the buy! They are cheaper than others, but work just as well if not better. I recommend them to anyone, unless you want SPS or clams...then you need MH lighting.

The only corals I recommend with 130 watts of PC is maybe Mushroom Corals and Polyps and maybe a few other soft corals. Frogspawn probably will not do very well with 130 watts on a 55 gallon I have double that and probaby am pushing it with the Frogspawn but I am planning a lighting upgrade again soon. They may live but who knows for how long. But they almost definitely will not thrive and you definitely will not be able to judge that after 2 weeks. HTH

What else could I get to keep a frogspawn in a similar price range?

I would get VHO's you could get the ballast and all the equipment for pretty close to the same price range. Then you would either have to build a canopy or buy one for it. HTH
