Orange Linkia Star

ok, i have a question about orange linkia stars....has anyone got them? i went to the pet store and they said they didnt stock them b/c they fall apart in shipping, is this true? i really would like one. also i read that althougth they are hardy they usually die of starvation, i have a 29 gallon tank with some live rock (about half to the top, i am not sure how many pounds) any suggestions?

I had one a few months ago. He cruised around the tank for two days, then died. I have lots of live rock and live sand, so I thought it would have found enough to eat.
