Orange Montipora Capricornis - Question

I bought this frag about a month ago, it has these blimps coming out of the top, like verticle growths, is this normal for this type of SPS - this is the first SPS in my tank it has grown a lot since I got it - encrusted onto the live rock. Have a look tell me what you think. Thanks for looking.

Thanks Meowzer - the new lights are doing a great job. The only difference I see is with my mushrooms - they don't open as much I moved the larger rock of them still not open as large as before.
