i've been lax and only feeding 1 or 2 times a week. if you want HUGE growth, feed daily.
i feed mine a mush of shrimp, clam, oyster, salmon, muscle, cyclopese, garlic, and algae.
on a side note, take your brine shrimp and throw it out. it is nutritionally worthless.

some people will pull the suncoral out and place it in a container of tank water with the food in the water already and leave it there for 10-15 mins. Keeps you from having to try to spot feed and ensures each head gets an ample amount of food.

ive had my sun coral for about 2-3 weeks and i feed each polyp about 3 pellets a day, and have 2 new heads and the rest of the polyps are recovering from the abuse of the pet store.
