Orange worm

I've had my tank for about 2 years now and about 6 months ago I saw this tiny little orange worm coming out of one of my live rocks. I dint think much about it until recently when I moved some of my rocks around and saw probably about 15-20 of these worms ranging in size from 1 inch to 4 inches. I've looked online and cant seem to find anything that looks like it. They are bright orange and have little "suction cups" on them. Any idea what these are and if they are dangerous?

They may be bristle worms. which are usually beneficial scavengers. You can find a pic of them in the hitchiker thread in the archives.
