Hi, I was wondering how big these get and / or if they are REEF safe. I asked in the reef section and was pointed over here. I'll have a 75g. Do these guys like lots of room? get huge? eat corals? Thanks for all your help. :D

they are not reef safe; they need lots of room;may damage themselves on the LR or knock the LR over;they do not ship well iether is wwhat some people say

I have had one almost 2 yrs now..started out in a 30 gal, the bat was the size of a quaterbut quickly grew..it is now about 12 in. long and 18 in high and lives in a 125 gal..it needs a lot of room to swim, mine did 3 months ago clip a rock and cut its head a little..I think its done growing but not sure ..it eats 25-30 pieces of krill a day and loves greens

Yep, theyre definately not reef safe, and grow to around 20" so would more likely to be suited to a 200gal tank.
Theyre ugly too, dont you think ? ;)
