OK so this has been going around and I am wanting to get something organized cleanly.
Ideas are welcome as well as improvments but heres the step by step to get involved.
All members go and buy one brand new thermos from walmart ect. we dont need the exact same model but spend about 10 bucks, get something decent quality and sized that when someone else that recieves it, they can re-send the following month if desired.
We have X amount of slots. say 10 for the first run to keep it simple. We can add if needed for the next month.
first come and first filled. Post your position number and your item you are sending. Try to avoid duplicates as much as possible. So if someone is already sending green mushrooms ect, then tuff luck. Catch the next trade.
lets keep this as simple as possible so nothing extravegant, but nothing that is a waste. say 1inch x 1inch minimum. Who cares what species and no duplicates if possible. Naturally we want to try and avoid screwing your neighbor so dont send anything extremly sensitive or of poor quality or size.
after you post your position # and the item your sending here on the board, email your name/ info/ and item sending to me and I will add it to the list so then we can all know who is sending to who.
We will ship together on the 1st of March. last day to participate in March trade will be Sunday Feb 25th.
I will email everyone at the end complete instructions on where they are sending thier contribution and how to ship if needed.
