OT: Breast Cancer

This is way off topic, I know, but it is for a great cause IMO. On this site, there is a little pink box. Every time that a certain number of people click on the box, it helps to fund a free mamogram for women. I dont remember the exact number off hand, but every click helps. so please, help out and give it a click as often as you can remember, even if it is only once, and pass the link along to as many people as you can.

My mother in law just completed all her treatments. Still waiting to see if all went well. Went to the site, and clicked.

No apologies - with some of the inane nonsense we spew on this board this is more than worth some bumping.
By the way one sister-in-law has fully recoverd from

cancer and is in remission and a second sister-in-law has just started treatment. As you can see I find this a very worthy cause as well!!

Good site...
My mother did not go for regular mamograms, and sadly, found the lump in her

[hr]
too late- it had allready moved into the bones. She went thru 2 years of terrible treatments to try and get rid of it, only to have it return. unfortunately, she lost her battle, and we lost her 3 years ago-- she was only 53.
To all the women out there-- GET REGULAR MAMOGRAMS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT RIGHT AWAY even if you thinks its nothing-- we miss our mother terribly, and to think, it could have been avoided.....
