Thank God I have a surgeon in the house. Between us, we have little need for the vet. Most things that happen to our pets (of which there are dozens)...or us for that matter...can be easily and immediately dealt with at home.
Daniel...hope your kitty makes it through okay. Cats are reasonably resilient...

I'm sorry, i have cats myself, hope your's recovers, i know that your sis feels bad about what happened, and maybe this will teach her a lesson, to be more careful (it could have been a small child sitting playing and she didn't see them either), or it might not have been her fault at all, the cat could have ran out in front of her, not to get in a debate about this but i believe that teenagers should not drive until they are 18. we give them a few weeks in school with a little booklet and BOOM there they are on the road, the same kids that arn't even responsible enough to feed the fish.

Good News!!! My cat is doing fine after surgery. Apparently just had a fractured jaw and broke bone, which is wired back. Has to stay at the vets a few more days though for it to learn how to eat with a straw.
On another note, my sister isn't that bad with her driving. But it IS SCARY, thinking she's driving now... why can't she just be happy with a "barbie jeep big wheel" anymore??? It is still way to easy for them to get drivers licenses now.
