Dell sucks. My girlfriend bought a computer and it went downhill in about 1 month. It is super slow. They wont even refund their money for the monitor they returned. Dont buy dell. Build your own computer.
Oh and it probably is the power supply. It will be hard getting a new power supply for the dell, since most mega manufacturers hardware is proprietary. You will have to contact dell on that one. If i may ask, what is the MMORPG you are trying to play? you might want to look at the step down for the ge-force cards.

most likely all Dell comes with built in video card. If you don't see another pin to plug your monitor other than the new card you bought then I would ask Dell. IF you have one then still you have to call dell to ask for which jumper to reset so you could make your new card work. I know IBM have a jumper to disable built in video card but it is not on printed on any manual, and for IBM you have to call to get so I would assume this goes for Dell too. Usually they don't give you this info easy. Just to avoid these trouble always built your own.

yeah that game is really fun! You might be able to get a new power supply at any computer store. It will have to be the same exact size. Measure then take your measurements up there. Most proprietary power supplies are smaller than retail ones.

you will probably not get your money back for the game. Alot of times they will just give you store credit....due to copying games and all that. what are the minimum requirements for the game? im sure htey are not alot for the system you have right now. Just look in your device mangage and see exactly what type of Vid card you have. then just play the game on low settings.

That dell has Intergrated Intel Extreme 3d Chip set. And it did ship with a 250 watt powersupply (..dell.. ). But, on the bright side, it has a standard ATX Power Supply, you really would need something like a 340 watt. So, you should be able to got to any parts store and pick one up fairly cheap. They are not that hard to hook up. All the plugs only go one way and only in the hole that they belong to. If i am not mistaken, when you fill your agp slot, it "should" auto diable the on board vid. But, hey try the game with out putting the card in it. that chip set is purty good, just update your drivers.
Good Luck:cool:
