ot: motorcycle licence test today

ok any in mass knows its been raining all day . so i call the registry and they say they will do the test any way so at 11 im gettin my bike ready and boom it starts down pouring yay so i trek all the way there in the monsoon and they do let me take the tes the guy was cool he said he would hurry mu up cuz the weather. 2 fugure8s and 2 circles in a huge parkin lot yay i passed

That is all you had to do? Here in Kansas I had to do a skid test, keep it straight for so long under a certain speed test, a cone test, and another one or two.
You lucky dog, what kind of bike do you have?

Here in PA I got my license buy taking the MSF course and they had me do a figure 8 in a box, skid test, cornering speed test and a couple other tests.

thanks again all the bike is 10700 brand spankin new i got a 2002 for 9k with a sweet exaust on it. and yes it does haul it is my second bike my last one wasya 1992 gsxr 600 not quite the missle this on is

Your very lucky , here in Jersey you would have never passed that test on your 954, I took it on a 600 and almost failed.

you know that the 954 is the same length of the f4i 600

Yeah nicky, but here they make you do alot of different things the hardest i think is the weaving in and out the cones, tuff to do on a heavy bike, BTW have you checked out the up and coming 2004 CBR 1000 and the 2004 Yamaha R1, I think I may be puting a deposit down on the R1 as soon as it hits the shop!!

I will be 39 next week and have had only one ride on one.I told my wife when I turn 40 I am getting a bike. She said NO and ment it. I said I am getting a bike next year or I am getting a corvette. She said get the vette and ment it. I have saved over $500 so far. I might be able to get it in 10 years.

. I just last friday buried a good friend of mine,who has ridden for 20 years who was run over by a trucker that decided to turn left from the right lane on a 4 lane road. It was a great service with 40 of his friends riding our last ride with our friend. That is something that I DO NOT want to ever do AGAIN. Good luck and be careful please.
