OT: My wife is in labor

I feel guilty !! Didn't sleep at all last night becuase wife's contraction started. knowing i will be in hospital the next few days, i started filling more water into my tank and prepared fish food for the next few days and wrote instruction to my sister how to feed.
our baby boy should come out anytime now, and just so nervous and excited. I won't be on the internet the next few days and wish me don't pass out in the labor room. I am afraid of blood.

Congrats. I'm behind you in spirit, thou I don't think I'll be able to hold you up. Good luck on remaining conscious. I watched mine being born and trust me, you don't want to miss it.

i was TERRIFIED to actually watch the birth- my wife and i had this agreement that i would just stay up by her head ( i hold my hand in front of my face when we watch ER - funny, i lvoe gorry movies though). But when the doctor said that he coudl see the babys head, and their was some hair- i took a big breath and looked--- it was awesome and i could not tear my selfaway! let me speak from experience-- seeing your own child enter the world is the mostincrebile thing i have ever witnessed. i still hold my hand up during ER though!

Congratulations!! JavaJoe is right on! I don't like "messy stuff" either but I watched all three of my kids being born and can tell you there's absolutely no experience like it on this earth!!

no one else beleves me but me and her have a understanding I KNOW WHAT SHE MEANT
now she talkes all the time and has a vocabulary of about 20-30 words
