hmmm, what is next, if under 16 have a kid then you pay for your grand kid too. It would be nice if court would let parents raise their kids the way they like, to be a better kids. ( meaning a spanking (not beating) to straighten them up wouldn't hurt.)
If you do so then you will end up in jail if kids tell on ya.

Pretty sad however you look at it. Tis a bit scary when the government tries to force a change in society to benefit a certain segment of it. Note: it apparently is only being done against divorced parents.

think about the new health law where a kid can say he/she don't want their parents to know about her medical conditions and yet the parents have to pay for the bill.
darn this country is going downhill faster than a speeding bullet.
Not discriminating anyone but gays, lesbians as well atheist has more rights than any others.
If it offends anyone just delete this rather than jumping on me.
