lol @ Iechy, that would have been story to tell...(for those who don't know the catwalk over the 400,000 shark tank at the Aquarium of Americas in New Orleans broke and about a dozen people went swimming with the sharks, sharks didn't hurt anyone, they were more scared then the people)
We've thought of registering at a lfs, only problem is everyone is so spead out,....he already has his own place so there's not much we need...a bigger tank, upgrade the lights, a protien skimmer, more lr... now those are the good gifts!

WOW...thats crazy that the bridge broke......I bet that aquarium is going to have lawsuits for the pants people crapped in when they fell in......good thing they keep those sharks well fed

Yeah they will definately have lawsuits in this city. One of the "swimmers" was a two year old too. Thank god the sharks were scared and full. They had just been fed some mahi mahi they said in the paper. They also had huge scratches to buff out of the acrylic where the bridge scraped the tank. My wife and I are are members of the aquarium and were planning on being there. For once it's a good thing that we were too lazy to get dressed and go

Great idea about registering at the LFS. Sure beats getting another toaster or waffle iron.
