The bottom pic is of a buttokoferi. An african cichlid. I have one that is almost identical to that, extrememly aggressive SOB! Took out two oscars twice his size.

BTW I just got back from the Shedd Aquarium. It was great, but the cichlid tanks in the Lincoln Park Zoo were better than the ones at the aquarium.
