Outer Orbit problems

I got a new 48" Outer Orbit 2x250 MH fixture last week. It worked good for the first 3-4 days. Now the front T5s wont fire. I switched the bulbs, but that didnt help. Im waiting for a response from Current, but I thought maybe someone else has had this problem. Anyone got any ideas? I dont want to ship it back to the retailer, since everything else is working OK.

I have that same fixture. Got it almost 2 weeks ago, and no probs w/ mine. good luck

Current sent me a replacement ballast. So far, I am happy with their customer support. The problem is, I installed the ballast today and now both sets of T5s wont light. I spent almost 4 hours trying to get this thing to work, Im stumped. Any ideas?

I have one for 2 years now, also.
never had a problem, except it gives out lots of heat.
Sounds like you got a bad one. Return the whole light and ask them to send you another one.
