There is little point to using a two part solution and a calcium reactor. Use your calcium reactor, but then instead of the two part solution get a bottle of buffer or use baking soda to buffer the tank. There is no need for the "calcium half" of the two-part solution.
I like this, i would if you can blow it off the rock before a water change, and filter change as to rid the tank of all the build up but don't over doo it or it could cause the tank to stress with the change. But get that junk off the rock.
