for my 125 gallon what size overflow box should i have? i was looking at the CPR cs100 and the cs102 the cs102 has DUAL 1" bulkhead fittings and does 1500 GPH, the cs100 has SINGLE bulkhead fitting and does 800 GPH, my return pump will be the mag drive 9.5 which is 900 GPH. just want to make sure i get the right overflow box. thank you

Well, if your return pump is 900gph, you'll have to get the overflow box that's rated for more than 900gph.
Just remember...the overflow will only take out the same amount of water that's pumped in.
If you put a 900gph return pump on an 800gph overflow box, your tank will overflow cause the drain wont be able to handle the amount of water being pumped into the tank.
Why not drill your tank and not waste your time with overflow boxes?

drilling my tank is a risk i am not willing to take. after spending about 5 grand i think i can deal with an overflow box a lot better than a shattered tank

and i screwed up the mag 9.5 i will use for a return pump is 950 GPH and the cs102 overflow box is 1200 GPH, would those make a good match? also i will be using a mag 7 on my skimmer

You can run bigger than the mag9.5.
I run the cpr102 with an Iwaki pump that is rated ~1250gph you will lose some gph by pumping the water up over the height of the tank. -head loss
