Overflow box questions?

I want to possibly set up my 10 gallon with a 2.5 gallon refuge and want to know if the size of overflow box matters.
I'm not a diy-er and want to just buy one but am having trouble finding a small one and have heard bad things about CPR overflows. Anyone used the quietflo overflow box? If so, likes, dislikes, maybe suggestions for other options or companies to look into. Thanks

CPR overflows work well if you properly size them. If a CPR box is rated for 100 gph, then don't exceed 80... they more or less stretch their ratings a bit.
Seriously though... if you have a 10 gallon tank, then I'd drill it. It'll be cheaper than an overflow, and will work much more reliably.
Drilling if you pay someone to have it done shouldn't cost more than 20 dollars, plus a few bucks for a bulkhead.

I don't know anyone who drills glass around here, no local fish stores whatsoever and I would be way to afraid of breaking it by doing it myself and a new ten gallon at the pet store is around 30 bucks for some stupid reason.

Okay, seriously people I don't have a Walmart, Target or Petsmart. I have one crappy tiny pet store that wants way more than a ten gallon is worth, a Kmart that only sells betta kits and across the American border to Canada there is a Walmart that only sells small kits or 29 gallon kits. Or I could drive 2.5 hours one way to the nearest decent sized town. I live in the middle of nowhere!!! Now does anyone know the answer to my question, does any company make a small overflow?

Your options have pretty much been said already... an overflow box is gonna cost you more than the tank would. I would say you are deff. better off drilling it or finding a glass shop that will drill it for you. I drilled my 20 and its really not that hard if you have a dremel tool and diamond burrs.
To be honest with you, you probably dont need a refuge for a 10 gallon. Its really overkill. If you do regular water changes and have enough live rock it shouldnt be a problem. FOr that small of a tank its more trouble than its worth really... If you were willing to jump up to a larger tank... ie. a 20 or 30 you could use your 10 as a sump/fuge and have a worthwile investment. (somewhat)
