What boxes are you using for non-drilled tanks. I hear CPR's suck and cause flooding. I hear that lifereef is a good product. What should I use for a 180.

I am very, very satisfied with my marineland tidepool SOS overflow boxes. They have never, ever lost a siphon. I found them on ---- for half the price that they sell them for in the LFSs around here.

If I lose power and the water height falls below the box then I will lose suction, correct? So when the power turns back on, will the pump over flow the main tank, or will the box siphion again?

I use a CPR ... I can see how they would cause flooding if not used properly. They require a small pump to keep the siphon constant. Some people don't use the pump, and when power goes out, and then back on, the overflow has no siphon and therefore does not work. I LOVE my CPR, never failed, slim, looks great, quiet, just spend the extra $12 for the pump!
