overflow?

whats an overflow for? what does it do and all what all do i need to make it work i am buying a 75 gal tank and it comes with a overflow.

I assume your new tank has a built in over flow?!!?
Basically a overflow is designed to remove water from the display and transfer it to a sump...in the sump you will need a pump to return water to the tank...not a real complicated process just be sure that the pump you use does not return more water than the over flow is designed to handle.:thinking:

I have reef ready 75 as well and I use a 700gph return pump with no problems.
