Overflows

What amount of flow rate should a 210g tank have?
I was looking on other websites and saw one type for sale and they had these listed:
900gph: up to 200g
1000gph: up to 300g
1600gph: up to 600g
That seems rather over estimating the tank it can service.
Am I correct?

It does seem to overestimate it. For your system, I would do between 1000-1600gph.

Any suggestions on pumps?
I have a Quiet One and it works well, but I also hear alot about Mag drives.

I have almost 3000GPH flow on my 125, I'd imagine you want a lot more for a 210 but it is partially dependant on what livestock you plan on keeping.

Do you mean from the overflow?
I have about 3000gph also with my p.h. included (that's in my 110g)

Ooops lol, sorry I misunderstood the question. 1000-1600 should be fine. I have about 1400 on my 125, but I know its pulling more out then it needs to.
