Overgrowth on Eye?

Hi Everyone
The saga continues with more problems. My only fish resident, a B&W saddleback clown, has what appears to be a clowdy overgrowth over both eyes. This is the first time I noticed it. THe overgrowth seems to extend beyond the eye slightly to what I would want to call the "eyelid" or the area just surrounding the eye. What parasite would do this? Ick? Brook? Fungus?
I dont have a camera with me so I cant get a pic, but it probably wouldnt show up anyways. He is eating well. This is the same fish that I suspected of having Ick about 2-3 weeks ago. I havent noticed any spots, just the clowdy eye. I havent added anything to the tank since I suspected the ich, which I did not treat since it seemed to have gone away (I undertand that the Ich could still be in the tank, but my fish has been healthy enough to hold it off).
Damn QT has been cycling for like 12 weeks and still seems to have nitrite in it so it is still technically not ready.
I would appreciate any help, suggestions, thoughts, etc.

Please someone!
I just checked the QT readings and the ammonia is zero, nitrite is less than 0.1 and nitrate is like 40.pH is 8.3....
Salinity is 1.026 which matches the display fish is coming from.
I have some Formalin 3 on hand that is about 2 years old. Not sure if the stuff expires or not, guessing it doesnt since it is formaldehyde. I am not sure if I should use this or not....It says it works on fungus and parasites, but I know it is heavy duty stuff.
I feel like I need to do something quickly and that just adding him to QT and starting hypo is not the right choice. But, would treating him with a formaldehyde bath be too stressful in the middle of a transfer? I was thinking I would put him in a bucket, acclimate him to the QT water, and then give a Formalin dip for 40 minutes (following the directions on the bottle) and then put him in QT??? Is this too much?
THis fish HATES to be netted, so I have no idea how I am even going to get him out of the tank.

I added some Aquel Plus to the QT to help with the last bit of Nitrite toxicity.
I am so confused thouhg, now his eyes and body look totally normal. If I would have just got home and looked at him now, I would have never known anything was wrong.
COuld his eyes have gotten clowdy and little pieces of flesh appeared at the tips of the fins from me scraping all the algea off the wall, and then accidentally sucking up the anmenoe a bit (long story)? Maybe his slime coat was overproducing to compensate? Probably not, I am sure, but I just dont want to put him in a nitrite QT tank if I am not certain what is going on here.
WOuld a parasite completely cloud up the eye and then disappear like that within a few hours?

Cloud eye is nothing to be overly alarmed about. You said that he had ich before. Do a water change on the qt. If you sucked up the anemone then it may have released toxins into the water. That is what they do. If you run carbon through the filter, then the toxins should have been absorbed. Ich is still in the system. Get the qt cycled.

He looks fine today, so maybe you are right about the toxins. He just looked sort of peely, and it was even on his eye. Its weird, because it almost looks like he "blinked" and the overgrowth gummed up into a ball and then disappeared.
QT is still cycling. I dont think he has ich, but I think that it is possible that it is in the system from me not QTing new corals. I will continue to keep my eye on him!
