ozarka water

is ozarka water safe for water changes? i've been doing it for the past month
and have had no problems. just curious if i'm headed for trouble down the road.

read the bottle if I remember ozarka water is not filtered water but natural spring water. if so you can run into problems if there is any heavy metals in there not sure though.
I would stay with a filtered water RO just have to read the filter process on the water bottle to see.
