Ozonated & De-Ionized Water

I posted this question in the Fish only area with no response. Can anyone help?
Can you use this type of water in a saltwater tank? When replacing water that evaporated do you just pour the fresh water in the tank since the salt level is OK?

You can just pour it in the sump but its best to adjust the ph before doing so.

I assume you meant Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, not "ozonated" water, which would be water that has had ozone applied to it, which would be poisonous to fish. You can add purified water directly to the tank or sump, whichever is easier. I don't adjust the ph of water I put into my tank. For a reef tank, I suggest installing an automatic top off system that will automatically add the water to compensate for evaporation. You don't have to worry about the pump running dry, and you just need to have a reservoir of purified water to adjust the level. You can buy a float switch that will turn on a pump when the level goes below a certain point. You can even have the reservoir in another room or garage if you can get a pvc pipe or flexible tube to go between them. Be careful to make sure the system will not syphon after the pump starts it. You could also use a drip system that continuously drips water in. It is much more stable that way than adding a gallon or more at one time.

The Label on the water said "Ozonated & De-Ionized Water" and that it can be used as distilled. I added a gallon two days ago, hopefully it will not harm my fish, inverts, LS or LR.
I will let you know if I have any problems.

That means ozone was used to purify the water. If it is bottled any residual ozone is long gone. Its safe.
