ozone users

do ozone users feel there water quality has improved?
i spoke with the lfs who said the water will stay sparkling -any truth to this statment?
any big plus or minus to adding ozone?
how much ozone to add per 25g?

I dose ozone and agree that it does make the tank "ultra clear". I have the unit set to around 20 mg/hr and controlled by an ORP monitor set around 375mv in my 90 gal reef.
Other that the tank clarity, I question if it improves water quality as a whole. :happyfish
