I got certified when I was 10...jut finished my advanced course sunday...still a junior advanced tho since I'm only 13 =[ but yeah i get tons of ideas for my tank from the reef I dive!

I use to dive, but I had to let it go, went to college and no time or money. It was one of the most enjoyable things I've done. Maybe when my little guy gets older I'll jump back in.

been diving since i was 13. im a padi master diver with rescue and more auxilliary certs than i know what to do with from underwater naturalist to nitrox. i have about 400 logged dives. my parents were nice enough to send me to a dive camp in the BVI called action quest for a few summers and fund the hobby until i got out of high school. i havent dove in a few years since i have to pay for myself now, but im going to start diving with some LIRA members as soon as i get my equipment refurbished for next season.

I'm certified but, unfortunately, living in Michigan I don't get as many opportunities to dive as I used to. It's a great thing to do... I just wish someone would invent a comfortable mask.

I certed about 15 years ago and picked up a lot of advancements when I lived on the Island of Culebra (Just off the coast of Puerto Rico).
It was wonderful days back then but a few years ago I had a fairly severe back injury that likely ended my diving..............
