Packing Question

Has anybody else's packing of their fish been slack? My last 2 orders i received seemed like somebody just threw the bags in the box. My last order i had a clownfish arrive upside down with no water and was dead, they didn't honor it because it came free with the anemone which i understand. My order i recieved today 4 bags with chromis were upside down, and my flame was just laying on top of everything on its side. He isn't doing so hot, trying to get him revived. Just wondering if anybody elses packing was like this?

Nope... last time I ordered, last month, everyone was placed clip up, side by side and tight with newspaper inbetween and on top so they couldnt move... are you opening the box on the right side? I have never seen a larger company pack upside down as there is way more problems with leakage...

I have never received anything from here with questionable packaging.....If you are getting things that look "shooken" up......You may want to talk to your delivery person
Once that box leaves SWF......we have no clue what happens to it
