Paint?

what kind of paint do you use for background if paint at all??? i want my tank with a solid background color thanks!

Try blue. Makes the tank a bit brighter if thats a concern. I like it alot better than black.

I used black latex on my pirana tank and it worked ok but took like 6 coats

i actually used a dark blue gloss spray paint and it makes the lighting in the tank look like the back of my tank is moving, it is very cool, and try to spray unevenly, t adds to the effect.

I also used black latex (flat black). Personally I think black makes the critters and corals stand out more.
