Painted the back of my Tank today

Well let me know what you think. It came out pretty well, I used a latex based paint and a flat finish. Here's a pic:

Thats the outside of the glass in the pic right?

yah it's the outside of the glass. I applied it with a roller.

Can I ask why you painted the outside of the glass? Won't that part be against a wall?

because glass is clear...duh, and it will hide all the ugly cords and hose going down to the sump when you look at it from the front.

Right no need for the "DUH" I'm not stupid. But in the pic it looks like you painted it white first. Just thought you painted it white then went over it with the blue.

cool what size tank do you have? I'm a 55g, I'm gonna fill it up this week, and build a canopy while it's cycling.

My tank is a 90g. With a custom canopy I built myself.
