Pairing

Is it okay to pair two True Percs from different LFS's? I already have one Perc but am thinking about getting another.

Also...I read the stickie at the top of the board and it says that Purple LTA are best for true percs. Based on anyones experience, is this the case?

you most certainly can pair two percs from different stores. Just make sure the new one is smaller than the old one to avoid the possibility of two females.
Clowns do not need anemones. You need special high-powered lighting for them. Unless you are willing to commit to that, I would advise against it. In addition, tanks-raised percs (most of those bought in stores now) dont readily take to anemones.

right now i have a wild caught true perc. Eventually i want to get an anemone.

so far, i have 4 store bought percs. all 4 immediately took to my 2 anenamis. one took to my coral...??? after removing that coral for a couple days he's happily in with his mate.
