Pajama Cardinals

Can they be kept in groups or only in pairs, because i have heard both ways, also i have had one for three days and I cannot get it to eat, it hides during the day and only comes out at night

They can be kept in groups, what other fish do you have in your tank, maybe the fish is scared or stressed by your other fishes.

I have a Tomato Clown and Yellow damsel, they are both passive and act as if the Cardinal isn't even there. And since they can be kept in groups I plan on getting about 2 more once the LFS gets some

I'm thinking about adding a couple of cardinals also, they should be alright

well today is the forth day of having the cardinal, all it does is hide behind the overflow and will not eat.. is there anyway i can lure him out? Ive tried flake foods and Mysis shrimp i dont really have any other ideas to get him to eat.
