Pale corals...

Hello all,
I'm having a hard time with trying to figure out why my corals are not hold their color very well... it seems that everything that I put in there starts to get bleached out.... my let set up is:
4 96watt Power Compacts (2 White, and 2 Actinic)....
Tank size is 65 gallon.
Any thoughts or suggestions on this would be great...

Have to ask a few questions. What type of corals??
How old are the lights? The lights you have should be ok for softies and some LPS. How far from the water are the lights?
If all the lighting questions are good, then I would look at water quality. What are your test readings. How often do you do water changes and how much do you change. Do you run a skimmer? Sorry to answer your question with more questions, but we need more info on your tank to help.
