Pantyhose Trap

I read a thread on here a couple of weeks ago about a Bristle Worm trap made by putting a peice of food and a small rock in a pair of old pantyhose. The worms are supposed to get cought the hose. I am going to give this a try this comming weeked and wanted to hear from anyone that has tried it. My biggest concern is what else is going to get cought in the pantyhose???? Also did it work, did it catch some worms?????
Would love some feedback from those who've tried it.

I have a 12 gallon nano with a couple of 5'' plus worms and what looks like hundreds of smallish ones. For me this is too many. I don't need to get rid of them all, just cut back on the number.
