parasite problem?

In the pic there is a large one visable on the glass. Everyone one of those spots are very small ones.There are also 3 or 4 attached in one spot on the fish.

The large worm looks like a Dorvilleidae... fireworm. The smaller specks could be baby segments, but I can't be sure, as they appear to have a "U" shaped tip. A close-up picture of these might help narrow it down.

Where exactly is the "worm" on the fish? Are you referring to the white spot near the eye? Yes, a close up of the fish problem would be helpful.

I didn't notice the spot behind the eye... I spotted what appears to be a cluster of "something" behind the right pectoral fin.

Need a better pic. I'm thinking maybe lympho, but won't really say with certainty at this point wo more pics. I saw that too and something on top of head. It almost looks like the coral in the background is blending in with the fish !
