particals in my tank

so i look at my tank then i look at others and mine has little particals inside of it, idk if they are sand or microbubbles, how do i rid of them? as you can see in my avatar pic.

What type of filter do you have????

a marineland pinguin 300 and another one that im not sure of the name, its a black canister and it hangs on the back i think its also a marineland
