Patriots - Perfect Season?

I say no, they'll taper off at the end of the season and lose one if only because they'll bench their best players to conserve for playoffs.
I mean, if you're playing a Dolphins team that has been knocked out off playoff contention and Brady is running up the score on them (as Bellichick would no doubt order), what do you think the pissed-off defensive line's gonna do? Yep, they're gonna go straight for Tom.
IMO they could go undefeated if they kept in their best players (Pittsburgh is the only team that has a decent chance to beat them), at least until they meet the 'Boys in the Super Bowl.

You think he wants to bench any player against the spygate stuff? he wants to go 19-0 and win every game by 100 points, to rub it in everyones faces saying "we dont need to cheat, we are already better than you". and i say go ahead because im a pats fan!

New England WILL NOT go undefeated !! I can guarantee you that. No team has gone undefeated since the '72 Miami Dolphins winning the Super Bowl. New England is primed for a major upset.

QFT However i think this is only true in their best form. They are IMO not going to do it because they will either get tired (teams are getting or are going to try to beat them up just so they don't go UD). That or they are going to get to confident and choke. Its just too bad big ben didnt start the first couple of games a couple of years back or the steelers would have the most recent perfect season. The sad part is even if they do have a perfect season its always going to be shadowed by the misconduct of the coaches.

in order to hurt brady the defensive players have to first get passed the Oline...and since that doesnt happen often theyd have to "take out" an o lineman first....theres alot of ifs to get brady "hurt".
plus there is alot of talk going around that players of other teams are going to be "gunning' for him. so i dont think anyone is going to try and intentionaly take brady out since they will most likely get heavily penalized and if its blatently cheap get suspended.
if steelers cant beat them no one will...belichek is out to make a statement this year whether he'll admit it or not.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PATTTTTTSSSS!!!!!

Only takes one chop block to take out an Olineman and its only 15 yards. Not that i agree with or even condone it but ive seen it happen before.

I'd love to see the Pat's go 19-0, that'd put a quick end to the Dolphins yearly champain celebrations. However, I do think once they lock up home field through the playoffs they will begin to sit players during the 2nd half to make sure they don't get any injuries and keep everyone healthy.

I love to see the Patriots go 19-0 as well, but I agree with you on this one...

The Patriots WILL NOT go 19-0. Even if the Steelers doesn't beat them, there is a spoiler team in the schedule that will bring New England crashing to earth for one game.

I'd love to see them go undefeated in the regular season and get taken out in the first playoff game by lowest seeded team.

Sunday's game has trap game written all over it. Buffalo may not beat them, but i think they have the potential to give them a scare? Look at what they did to dallas. They've had two games decided by one point and another by a field goal all in the last seconds of the game. Had they held on those last couple seconds buffalo would be a 7-2 with there only two losses to the patriots and pittsburg.. the top two in the AFC. I know its wishful thinking though, i'll probably sound like an idiot tomorrow night
